5% Monthly Interest Investment

TERMS:

1. Minimum investment amount: The minimum investment amount shall be 500,000.
2. Investment period: The minimum investment period shall be 6 months.
3. Interest rate: The interest rate for the investment shall be 5% per month and can be compounded monthly depending on the interest of the investor.
4. Method of payment: The investor may choose to be paid either monthly or at the end of the investment period.
5. Early withdrawal: In the event the investor wishes to withdraw his or her investment before the expiration of the investment period, a notice of not less than 30 days must be given otherwise the investor would be charged a fee amounting to an equivalent of the months interest payment.
